This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. At time of check out this will be added directly to your service. 48 & 24 hour policy - If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48 hours you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. - Cancelations, no call no shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of your scheduled service NO Refunds - Once product is applied there will be NO refunds. - You have 48 hours to notify me if you don’t like the end result to your hair, I will set a day within 7 days to fix it for free. If you contact me after 48 hours there will be an additional charge. - Redos. If you reschedule past the 7 day limit to fix your hair you will be charged the service price. Appointments that aren’t confirmed 72 hours prior to appointment will result in an automatic cancellation.
